Design with Compliance First

Unlike many IT gurus investing their time in technologies, compliance and data privacy play a big role in our workflows and design for our products. We believe that by making a tool with compliance in the backbone, our products are going to be the tools accepted by global firms and HR practitioners.

While technology and automation are important, background check products go the opposite way and could harm an organization in both candidate experience and in a legal way if it is not done correctly. Candidate might be scared of being ongoing monitored and if data is not collected only in a need-to-know basis with candidate’s rights protected, we will not be providing a solution that does not fit with the modern world of recruitment. We do not only need to take care of hiring the right person but also take the extra mile for human right and candidate involved which are core in the talent acquisition world nowadays.

When we were designing our products, we kept asking ourselves the questions that are being raised in studying different data privacy laws and engaging in discussion with data privacy ordinances in different countries. Only by drilling into every single detail with compliance and candidate’s rights being considered, we had the opportunity to come up with ready products that are ready to be adapted in the market.

In 2020, it proves that our effort and focus on such direction paid off and are correct. Unlike other firms that need to revise their offerings when going through compliance, we care more than many of our clients and thought of important concerns that they have not come across yet. We demonstrated our expertise in making sure our products exceed the most rigorous compliance standard in the globe.
